About Your Presenters:
MARYANN J. RABKIN, ESQ.
A South Jersey native, Maryann grew up in Haddonfield, New Jersey. She attended Paul VI High School in Haddon Township, New Jersey.
Maryann graduated from Rutgers University, where she was an English major and graduated magna cum laude. She was a member of the Athenaeum Honor Society. She was the recipient of the prize for the best essay by an Undergraduate.
Prior to attending law school she was a paralegal in a busy law practice for many years. Maryann attended and graduated from Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts.
Following her graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Raymond F. Drozdowski, J.S.C., who sat in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Camden County.
She is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Her professional memberships and activities include: Member of New Jersey State Bar Association; Family Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a member of the Camden County Bar Association (Family Law Committee, Committee on Professionalism, Mediation and Arbitration Committees), Burlington County Bar Association (Family Law Committee) and Gloucester County Bar Association (Family Law Committee). She is the past co-chair of the Burlington County Family Law Committee; Master of the Thomas S. Forkin American Family Inn of Court (serving currently as president); Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties and Blue Ribbon Panelist. She is a member of the District IV Ethics Committee.
Maryann is a Mediator and is also a Collaborative Attorney. She is a member of the South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals Group, and is a member on their Board. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
She has been a speaker on various family law topics at numerous seminars and workshops. She has been a presenter at Rutgers University Law School on topics relating to family law since 1998.
She has been recognized as an “Awesome Attorney” in South Jersey Magazine several years.
Her primary areas of practice include Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties, but she also practices in many other counties around the State.
Judith grew up in NY and graduated from New York University with a BA in biology. She returned to school later to get her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. At The Child Guidance Center of Philadelphia, she worked in specialized foster-care, receiving training and experience in family therapy, helping children with severe behavioral problems or children who have been traumatized and separated from their family members. Following her work at Child Guidance, Judith worked at Northeast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia as a clinical supervisor and then Director of Outpatient Services in the Youth and Family Division.
She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey (L.C.S.W.) and certified in EMDR, (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the treatment of trauma, as well as other emotional stressors.
Throughout her career as a clinical social worker, Judith offered groups and classes as an authorized Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor supporting and educating parents in responding to the modern issues they face with their children
Judith is a member of the South Jersey Collaborative Law Group, working as a Divorce Coach and Child Specialist. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
MARYBETH F. BARON, ESQ.
Marybeth graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Science. She was a Dean’s List student and a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Marybeth graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor society. She received an award for Outstanding Service to the University.
Her first experience out of law school in the family law area was as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Wayne G. Hummer, Jr., a family court judge, in the Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This experience reinforced her interest in helping people, and she quickly learned that every family law matter is unique in its own way.
Her practice has been almost exclusively dedicated to helping people with family law issues. After more than 20 years working in this area, she has found that helping clients move forward with their lives in a non-adversarial process, such as Collaborative Law or Mediation, has been the most rewarding. She has trained extensively in both the areas of Collaborative Law and Mediation.
In 2010 she co-founded the South Jersey Collaborative Law Group (now known as South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals). This is a non-profit organization of trained collaborative professionals, who are educating the public about the Collaborative Law Process of settling divorce disputes outside of court. She served as the Group’s first President and continues to serve on their Board. As a participant on a Statewide lobbyist committee with the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups she helped pass the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act in 2014.
Marybeth’s professional memberships include: New Jersey State Bar Association; Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations-Family Law Committees; South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals, present Board Member and Co-Chair of the Education Committee; New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice groups, Skills and Methods Committee; International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

LEIGHANN REILLY, ESQ.
Leighann was born and raised in Voorhees, New Jersey. She attended Bishop Eustace Preparatory School. Leighann earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University, where she was a Political Science major, with a Sociology Minor. She was a four-year starter and co-captain for the Varsity Women’s Tennis team. Leighann was on the Dean’s List and received an award for academic and athletic excellence.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Leighann earned a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies focusing her curriculum on various areas of Political Science and English.
Leighann continued at Villanova and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2011. While attending law school, she was a member of the Student Bar Association, where she was elected as the University Senator and served in that position both her 2L and 3L years. She was a staff writer for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta National Law Society.
While in law school, Leighann also sought out additional opportunities that would provide her with more practical law experience. After her first year of law school, she studied abroad in Italy, taking National/International cross over classes. Additionally, Leighann participated in her schools Federal Tax Clinic representing low income tax payers before the IRS and US Tax Court.
Realizing the importance in gaining hands on experience, Leighann took part in both externship and clerkship positions in the Camden County Superior Court. Leighann’s first experience in the court house was as a summer judicial intern with the Honorable Lee B. Laskin. She then took a position as a summer judicial extern with the Honorable Charles M. Rand, Presiding Judge in the Family Part. This experience then provided her with the opportunity to clerk for Judge Rand for the year following her law school graduation. After completing her clerkship, Leighann joined Rabkin Law Offices, P.C. as an associate attorney.
She is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Her professional membership and activities include: Camden County Bar Association, Camden County Young Lawyers Committee, and Thomas S. Forkin American Family Law American Inn of Court wherein she serves on the Executive Committee as the Community Outreach Chair. She looks forward to participating in additional committees and learning opportunities as she progresses in her career.
Leighann’s primary areas of practice include Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties.
MICHAEL J. EINHORN, CFP, CDFA
Michael is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) practitioner and has over twenty-five years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to joining Family Wealth Management, Michael was a Financial Advisor with Principal Financial Group and President of Seco Financial Services, Inc. Michael’s business skills and vast experience enabled him to create, develop and eventually, transition his firm from start-up to acquisition.
Michael applies his business owner background by assessing each client’s unique situation, identifying key obstacles and critical goals, designing strategies for success and helping clients grow and use insurance to protect their wealth.
As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and a member of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts, Michael specializes in examining the financial issues of divorce. He strives to provide sound fiscal strategies for clients and family law attorneys during and after the divorce process.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance in 1987.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys the beach with his family and working on his golf game.
